We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Clothing: Always wash your clothing items in cold water to preserve fabric quality. Use a gentle cycle for delicate fabrics. We recommend air drying or laying flat to prevent shrinkage. Avoid tumble drying unless specified. Iron at a low heat setting or use steam to preserve the fabric’s shape. Store clothing in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Wallets: Gently wipe your wallet with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals. For leather wallets, use a leather conditioner every few months to keep the material soft and supple. Keep your wallet away from sharp objects to avoid scratches or damage.
Jewelry: Use a soft cloth or jewelry cleaner to gently clean your pieces. For gemstones, check the care instructions specific to the material. Store jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from moisture to prevent tarnishing. Remove jewelry when swimming or using lotions and perfumes to preserve its shine.
Gadgets: Always use the recommended charger to avoid damaging your gadget’s battery. Wipe your gadgets with a microfiber cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Keep gadgets in their original packaging or a soft case when not in use to avoid scratches or damage.
Clothing: We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page to ensure the perfect fit. Women's and Men's sizes vary by style, so always check the individual product description for more information.
Wallets: Our wallets come in different sizes, from compact to extra-large. Each product page will include the exact measurements for that item.
Jewelry: Ring sizes range from 4 to 12. You can use our ring size guide to determine the best fit. Bracelets come in various lengths, and the specific product page will provide accurate measurements.
Gadgets: All gadgets will have specific dimensions listed on the product page. Please review the specifications carefully before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
Clothing: Most clothing items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.
Wallets & Jewelry: These products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If there is a problem, please contact us within that period for a replacement or repair.
Gadgets: Gadgets are covered by a 12-month warranty against technical defects. Please note, accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you about your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you used store credit or a gift card, the refund will be applied to your store credit account.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us, and we’ll assist you. If the exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
